- 1787 Fugio Copper. Pointed Rays. Newman 21-I, W-7010. Rarity-4. UNITED STATES, 4 Cinquefoils. Fine-12 (PCGS).
155.6 grains. A popular variety for its extremely bold clash marks on the reverse, where almost all of the obverse detail can be seen in mirror image within the rings. Those clash marks are on full display here on this charming yet well circulated example. Smooth surfaces with pleasing brown color and well balanced, nicely centered detail. Just evenly worn.
