- Lot 178 1831 N-3 R1 Medium Letters PCGS graded MS62 Brown, CAC Approved.Choice frosty tan and light brown blending to slightly darker steel brown on the highpoints. A small puff of slightly darker reddish brown toning right of the E in ONE is the only notable mark. MDS. Our grade is AU50.Very nice for the grade. The attribution and Ralls provenance are shown on the PCGS label.
