Franklin Serpico Collection. 166 graded MS-66+, 96 higher at PCGS. Virtually a superb gem by any measure, the coin faces up as fully brilliant and pristine with dazzling eye-appeal. Tiny chicken-scratch abrasions on the cheek and a slightly incomplete central strike likely determine the grade, but there is no doubt about the terrific frosted beauty.
