No marks or ticks, just a few faint hairlines are noted for accuracy. PCGS 19, NGC 7. PCGS Price Guide is $3,750. Just 930 Proofs were coined. A piece sold in January 2021 for $3,720. One would expect more extant specimens of this date as so many were saved from the original Proof sets, but alas only 38 coins grade finer. An underrated date that is worthy of a premium bid! Cert.
