- A flashy and lustrous brilliant silver half dime that has a distinctive semi-reflective look. Pearly silver overall with tinges of pleasing, clear gold. The devices are sharply struck up. PCGS 23, NGC 15. The most recent example sold in in the FUN auction, but was CAC approved. Before that these were selling in the $1,000-$1,300 range and the current CU value is $1,350. This is the scarcer to the two varieties struck in 1840. Cert. Number 31840132 PCGS # 4326
