The sole FINEST 98-S in PL at PCGS. Reflective, richly mirrored fields show brilliant cartwheels that swirl in a light. The fields are flashy and capture the viewer's attention from across the room. Sharply struck devices are frosty and there is a neat amount of contrast. The eye appeal is very nice and high end! PCGS 1, NGC 0. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $7,000 and there is only a single appearance for this coin in a September 2017 auction. With the market stronger today, it should exceed that level.
