1791 Washington Small Eagle Cent. Baker-16, W-10630. URS-10. UNITED STATES Edge. MS-64 BN (NGC). Lively chestnut brown with a glow of soft mint orange in the protected areas. Boldly struck with full hair and epaulette details on the obverse, the reverse eagle as sharp and appealing as ever seen. Among the nicest of the Washington portrait pieces, done in a fine hand by a skilled die maker who knew his trade well. Choice for the grade.
