1794 Talbot, Allum & Lee Cent/John Howard Mule. W-8720, Breen-1049. URS-9. LONDON Edge. AU-55 (PCGS). PCGS has mounted this coin with the reverse up in the holder, obviously to highlight the muling that is diagnostic of this type. Both sides are attractively original with rich, even, orange-brown patina. Boldly struck, minimally worn and free of all but a few blemishes in the form of small, faint toning spots. A very nice piece for the grade.
