1817 Matron Head Cent. N-9. Rarity-2. 13 Stars, Mouse. AU-55 (PCGS). An exceptionally attractive cent with lustrous golden-brown surfaces and bold cartwheel frost. Only trivial marks can be found and there is just a trace of wear on the highpoints. A superb example of the date, variety, and "mouse" type alike. Provenance: From the John McBride Collection.
