Lot Description

Tompkins Die Stage 5/3. Pleasantly smooth surfaces are warmly, originally, and attractively toned. The in-hand appearance is largely one of dove gray and steel-olive, although direct lighting calls forth more vivid undertones of rose-gold that further enhance the visual appeal. A universally bold and uncommonly well composed Draped Bust half dollar at the EF level that would do particularly well in a circulated type set.
