1864 Liberty Seated Silver Dollar. Proof-60 (NGC). Attractive toning of old silver-gray with deeper accents around the devices and lighter silver in the fields. The surfaces have been hairlined, which induces a somewhat matte appearance. Scarce in all grades with a token 460 pieces struck in Proof for the year. PCGS# 7007.
