FROM THE SANTA FE COLLECTION A GEM example, the FINEST graded example of this elusive Doubled Die Obverse Walker. Blazing satiny silver luster blooms gracefully on both sides. Sharply struck, the doubling is most evident at the lowest corner of the draped flag and at the tops of the letters of IN and WE. The doubling is very subtle and you need a glass to see it. PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. A PCGS MS65 sold in September 2017 for $1,645. This coin with its higher grade should certainly bring more! Worthy of a very advanced set. Cert. Number 35406546 PCGS # 6627.00
