Lot Description

Another high grade, late date Jefferson nickel that is surprisingly RARE so fine. Highly lustrous, lightly toned, and offering an exacting strike, this is exceptional in terms of technical and aesthetic quality. PCGS 10, NGC 0. The most recent example to sell realized $750 in December 2019 for $750; prior to that one sold in October 2019 for $1,000 and one sold for $2,585 in April 2015. Finer than the MS66 FS that was in the Incline Collection, and just three are graded finer (we sold one in September 2019 for $8,519). Cert. Number 37115896 PCGS # 84075.00
