Lot 227 1856 C-1 R2 NGC graded MS63 Red & Brown.Lustrous medium olive brown and chocolate with at least 20% of the planchet showing faded mint color. The only mark, and it is quite faint, is a small puff of slightly darker toning left of star 7. LDS, Manley state 2.0. The lump on the upright of the I in UNITED is no longer visible.
