1895-S Morgan Silver Dollar. VAM-4. Top 100 Variety. S/Horizontal S. MS-63 DMPL (PCGS). CAC. Richly toned with golden-yellow accents and a few traces of glorious teal and crimson at the rims. The strike is full and complete, and the surfaces are impressive for the choice level assigned. Furthermore, the deep mirroring fields have no deep cuts or handling issues, as well as Liberty's broad cheek which remains mint fresh and pleasing to study. The 1895-S is a rarity as a date, and with the combination of the DMPL fields and the S over horizontal S mintmark, this rarity becomes a worthy prize of any specialist.
