- 1863 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. Proof-65 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. Delightful cameo-finish surfaces are lightly toned in iridescent sandy-rose, pale silver and golden-apricot that is largely confined to the peripheries. Satiny design elements are fully struck and set against a backdrop of watery reflectivity in the fields. Not only is this specimen one of the finer examples certified, but it is also from a quite limited Proof mintage of only 460 pieces.
