Lot Description

1884 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. WB-102. Repunched 4. MS-63+ (NGC). One of the lower mintage dates from this series with a mere 4,400 struck for circulation. This example was carefully saved and shows light silver-peach toning and a fair amount of reflectivity in the fields. Clean surfaces when examined, as there are minimal bagmarks and a few wispy hairlines. PCGS# 6366. Provenance: From the Argo Collection.
