Toning enthusiasts are sure to appreciate the vivid cobalt blue, reddish-orange and copper-rose iridescence that rings the peripheries on both sides of this beautiful Superb Gem. Modest cameo contrast between the fields and devices is also very much in evidence, although it is not denoted on the NGC insert. One of 711 Proofs of the date struck, and among the finest Proof examples of the date seen thus far by NGC.
