Untoned and replete with spectacular, booming luster that San Francisco issues of the early to mid 1880s are famous for, the visual appeal leaps off the coin upon first glance. A near lock for MS-63 in years past, the coin might still upgrade slightly despite small imperfections in the fields from bag storage. Slightly soft at the obverse center, the reverse looks comparatively fully struck.
