1876 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-63 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. Delicate silver-lilac iridescence drifts toward the rims, where it mingles with mottled highlights of bolder cobalt blue patina. Frosty and overall sharp in strike, the devices provide bold contrast to watery fields. A pretty specimen with superior eye appeal at the Proof-63 numeric grade level. Popular Centennial year in the long running Liberty Seated quarter series of 1838 to 1891.
