1806 Draped Bust Half Dollar. O-111a, T-11. Rarity-4. 6/Inverted 6. VF-25 (NGC). A faint rose-gold iridescence accents the slate-grey complexion of this lovely overdate example. Attractively preserved and deeply original, with just couple of old pinscratches to be noted above and below the eagle's right wing. The reverse die is now terminal, showing fully formed and raised cuds above the E and UN of UNITED. An ideal example for those pursuing this popular Redbook type.
