- Cohen-4 is easy to attribute in this die state by observing a diagonal defect between "18" in the date and another on the reverse at the right serif of the final "A" in AMERICA. One bagmark just behind the eye provides the only notable abrasion as the balance of the surface shows signs of only trivial contact from brief circulation. A trifle darker than average.
