- 1860 Liberty Quarter Eagle. Breen-6250. Type I Reverse. MS-62 (NGC). This is a very scarce hub variety with few examples listed at PCGS and NGC. Conditionally rare at the upper reaches of BU, we offer here a softly frosted, rose-orange piece devoid of significant abrasions. Sharply struck throughout.
