Lot Description

1864 Liberty Seated Half Dime. MS-66 (NGC). Mintage of just 10,000 pieces for circulation, this one of the finest to come down to us with its radiant silver-white luster, bold strike and outstanding clean surfaces. Always seen with die clashing on the reverse and in this particular coin bold on the obverse as well. Radial thin die crack on the reverse at 3:30. Scarce and desirable so splendid.
