Description du lot: Lot 861 1851 N-5 R3 PCGS graded MS63 Brown.Very attractive lustrous gunmetal bluish steel and olive with faded mint color in protected areas on both sides. Satiny mint frost covers this cent and the eye appeal is outstanding. The best identifying mark is a spot of lighter toning left of star 11, and this spot has a tiny planchet chip in the center. MDS, die state a, with an uncracked obverse. Our grade is MS60. The attribution and Matthews Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; 4 finer: 1 in 64, 2 in 65, 1 in 66.
