This gorgeous, SUPERB GEM is bested by only a SINGLE coin. The surfaces are ultra smooth and free of any marks, lines, or ticks. A bold satin frost glows on both sides, bringing life to the pleasing color around the rim. Every detail is exceptionally well struck. The eye appeal of this coin is unimprovable and it amazes us that PCGS has one coin finer on their population report. PCGS 13, NGC 8, CAC 6. There are but 3 coins in PCGS MS67+, and there are none in + at NGC. The MS68 has not sold in auction since 2004, when it sold for $29,900 as part of the JFS Collection.
