71 graded MS-62 PL, 200 higher at PCGS. VAM-5. Die lines droop from Liberty's nostril, which simplifies attribution, and for those who wish to trust-but-verify, the mintmark shifts a bit toward the left of normal positioning. All by itself, the numeric grade level implies only a limited degree of eye-appeal, but aesthetics take a happy path toward improvement as some golden toning on the rim and the obvious, strong prooflike effect dazzles the eye. Only the expected numerous tiny nicks and scrapes deny upgrade. A terrific album survivor that will take up proud residence in a better collection.
