1834 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-118. Rarity-4. Small Date, Small Letters. MS-63 (PCGS). This frosty pearl-gray example exhibits pretty peripheral toning that is more pronounced on the obverse. Sharply struck throughout, and uncommonly so for the issue, there is much to recommend this coin to both Mint State type collectors and astute Bust half dollar enthusiasts.
