A very HIGH END COIN! Rich contrast is evident between the raised relief's and chrome-like reflectivity of the fields. A delicate russet-olive wood grain toning pattern graces both sides, and we can find a few tiny ticks here and there that limit the grade to the assigned 65. Only 1,150 were struck. PCGS 37, NGC 31.
