A highly UNDERRATED issue in this lofty state of preservation. POP 1 at PCGS for the grade and only 3 finer at PCGS in ALL DESIGNATIONS!!! Rich frosty luster highlights razor sharp devices. Under strong magnification a couple of flea bites are noted behind the bun. Blindingly brilliant, mirrored fields. Only 2,350 Proofs were struck this year.
