FROM THE UNFORGETTABLE COLLECTION Incredible quality! This coin is wonderfully preserved and very high end! A bold luster booms from under the color and as expected for the lofty grade, there are no distracting marks or scuffs of any kind. Indeed, all we can see is a tiny tick in the center of the sails on the reverse. Otherwise we see no reason this coin couldn't "+". Both sides show off a warm teal-blue, slate, and russet-rose. The eye appeal is wonderful. PCGS 41, NGC 39, CAC 21. There is a wide range of APRs, the most recent PCGS/CAC example selling in November 2021 for $4,130. Tthe PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,600, and the CAC CPG value is $5,620. Only 7 coins are graded higher, and we sold one of them for a world record $20,563 in our April 2022 Regency Auction.
