Exceptionally clean surfaces are free from any distracting marks. In GSA holders PCGS has assigned the 66+ grade 25 times. Overall the population data looks like this: PCGS 2491 (307 are +), NGC 853 (33 are +), CAC 540. The last GSA Holdered MS66+ CAC to sell was a PCGS-graded coin that realized $1,704 in August 2016.
