- 1847 Liberty Head Half Eagle. FS-303. Repunched Date. AU-58 (PCGS). This pleasingly original example retains plenty of satiny mint luster to warmly patinated, honey-apricot surfaces. A slightly later die state of the 1847 FS-303 attribution, repunching is no longer evident to the right of the digit 7 in the date, but still discernible at the base of the digits 18.
