1814 Classic Head Cent. S-294. Rarity-1. Crosslet 4. EF-40 (PCGS). This is a handsome example bathed in even chocolate-brown patina. Boldly defined from a nicely centered strike, the surfaces are uncommonly smooth with no significant post-production detractions. A thin planchet flaw on Liberty's cheek is (as made) and noted here solely for accuracy.
