The single finest certified 1835 Overton-110 half dollar, this coin offers outstanding technical quality and strong eye appeal for the advanced Capped Bust specialist. Both sides are splashed with mottled, vivid toning in multiple iridescent colors that are more varied and extensive on the reverse. The strike is razor sharp throughout, and uncommonly so for a late date Lettered Edge half dollar of this type. Highly lustrous with a smooth satin to softly frosted texture, this delightful Gem will please even the most discerning numismatist.
