Sharp and Lustrous 1739 Amiens Mint Sou Marque 1739-X Sou Marque. Amiens Mint. Vlack-213. Rarity-7. MS-64 (PCGS). 32.0 grains. Pretty golden-olive iridescence engages fully silvered surfaces on both sides of this sharply struck near-Gem. Impressively smooth in hand, even planchet roughness is minimal, and there are no troublesome marks. An ideal coin to represent sou marque coinage from this mint. Provenance: From the Sydney F.
