Lot Description

Low mintage Civil War dated Proof, only 500 were struck. Flashy reflective mirrors are watery and covered by a rich orange-gold patina. The eye appeal is nice for the grade. Housed in an older PCGS holder. PCGS 17, NGC 15. This brought $1,080 in February 2022 and the PCGS Price Guide value is $1,300. Amazing that even in this modest grade, this date is so affordable.
