1795 Flowing Hair Silver Dollar. BB-21, B-1. Rarity-2. Two Leaves. EF-45 (PCGS). An overall boldly defined example with ample remnants of a satiny finish from the dies. Light to moderate iridescent toning drifts over surfaces that present as uncommonly smooth for a lightly circulated early dollar. We are pleased to be offering multiple examples of the popular 1795 BB-21 variety in this sale. Given the brevity, conditionally challenging nature and popularity of the Flowing Hair silver dollar series as a whole, the present example is sure to see particularly strong bidding from advanced type collectors.
