- Undated (1837-1842) Christopher Bechtler $1 Gold. K-4. Rarity-4. 28.G., N Reversed. MS-60 (NGC). The most commonly encountered die marriage from the four known varieties of this early era, this example of the Kagin-4 is an entirely sharp example that exhibits modestly reflective fields, and an otherwise green-gold color. The N of ONE is clearly reversed. NGC has mounted this coin with the reverse up in the holder.
