1860 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-63 (NGC). Attractive russet-gold toning with a few traces of peripheral blue. Moderate hairlines when closely examined but these blend well into the surfaces and toning. PCGS# 5556. Provenance: From the Winecrest Collection.
