- Beautiful orange-apricot surfaces are highly lustrous with a smooth, satiny texture. Well struck for the issue with all features boldly to sharply rendered. The 1914-D is one of the scarcer Indian quarter eagles, and this is an upper end example for the assigned grade that is worthy of a strong premium.
