Lot Description

A low mintage and conditionally challenging date. Only 10,960 were struck, and in GEM this date is very rare indeed, making a lovely MS64 as offered here a great coin for the collector putting together a late date set. Bold satiny mint luster glows vividly on both sides, accenting a pinkish-hue. Sharply struck and fresh, this coin was consigned raw and has been submitted to PCGS and CAC just once. PCGS 46, NGC 32, CAC 12. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $$3,500 and the most recent sold for $3,360 in November 2021. Only 17 are graded finer. Bid accordingly. Cert.
