Lot 76 1804 C-10 R1 PCGS graded MS63 Brown.A very attractive mint state half cent that was lightly cleaned long ago and has retoned frosty dark steel and olive with light reddish steel toning in protected areas. A tiny nick across the top of the numerator of the fraction is the best identifying mark, but it is barely visible, even with a strong glass. LDS, Manley state 3.0 early, with faint traces of dentils still showing on the reverse. This is the Manley plate coin for state 3.0, and it comes with a nice provenance. Our grade is MS60 sharpness net AU55.The attribution and Green Tree Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label.
