Lot Description

153.6 grains. A particularly choice example with a long and impressive provenance. Smooth and glossy medium brown with some pleasing woodgrain character. 15 / J has been painted in the right obverse field and appears as rather faint black ink. A few tiny planchet flecks are noted, some very faint granularity on the reverse under a glass, although we note excellent eye appeal for the grade on both sides.
