- 1878 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. Proof-63 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. A lightly toned, boldly cameoed specimen with superior eye appeal at the assigned grade level. With a generous mintage of 800 pieces and a good rate of survival, the 1878 is not a major rarity among Proof Liberty Seated half dollars.
