1864 Silver Three-Cent Piece. MS-65 (NGC). A satiny lustrous Gem with bold rainbow toning highlights throughout, especially when viewed under a bright light source. Sharply struck from a boldly clashed obverse die. From a modest mintage for the date of just 12,000 pieces. PCGS# 3684.
