Exceptionally well preserved in a survivor of this workhorse Washington quarter issue, virtually pristine surfaces are further enhanced by iridescent toning that is more vivid and varied on the obverse. Both sides are highly attractive, of course, the texture smooth and frosty with full mint bloom. Advanced collectors of this 20th century series will find much to admire in this lovely Superb Gem 1962.
