Proof type coin with a mintage of 4,763, but very few exist in this grade. Frosty, brilliant mirrors retain some cameo contrast, although not enough to qualify it for the graders. Virtually flawless and fully struck, the eye appeal is enchanting! Only one finer in 68+ CAM according to CoinFacts.
