1854-O Liberty Seated Dime. Arrows. MS-64 (PCGS). This is a lovely near-Gem representative of the very brief With Arrows, Liberty Seated dime variety, only produced for three years. Well struck with a shimmering, satiny finish and clean, abrasion-free surfaces. Untoned on the obverse, with light champagne-gray color over the reverse. PCGS# 4606.
