Ms. Anna's Collection. 94 graded MS-67, 8 graded MS-67 "star", 10 higher at NGC. Pristine, heavily frosted surfaces exhibit completely white brilliance except for a narrow sliver of vivid toning along the obverse left border, even as a breath of similar color warms the top of the reverse rim. While 1896 registers as an extremely common date even at the gem grade level, superb examples are rare, this being a well struck and practically undisturbed example.
